After years of trying to property manage our rental property ourselves, we were referred to Lexington Property Management and it could not have been more of a life saver! We used to stress every time the phone rang and we saw the tenant's name, because it's almost always something bad. Now, we aren't even bothered for basic maintenance items and when there is something big, they do all the research on our behalf and present us with options. It's truly a "no hassle" experience. On top of the time and energy we recovered in our lives, the management team are all so nice and their customer service is top notch. They are fair and are looking out for both the tenant and the landlord so hopefully all parties feel satisfied. It has truly been life changing and we are so grateful to have our first experience as landlords with a management company be so positive with Lexington.
